Justin Edwards has made up his mind. Justin has been visiting many D1 schools but decided on Maine. When asked why the long wait and careful planning he said “I was looking for a school that I could come in and play right away" said Justin. “"I know at Maine I'll have a good opportunity to go in and play right away. They've been recruiting me since the beginning and it showed me how loyal they were towards me. It also made me feel good and feel wanted knowing that there was a team that was so loyal and so interested in having me play for them”. Justin led his team to AAA OFSSA championship, no surprise why Coach Ted Woodward stayed on hot pursuit. Justin Edwards has the shooting range needed to spread the court and can create his own shot with his athleticism. When asked what he can improve on he replied “My plans for the summer are to get physically stronger, faster, and more flexible. I'm looking forward to doing workouts with Coach Mike Kennedy. I plan on being on campus in August which will allow me to participate in the All-Canada Classic at the end of June and hopefully be part of the U19 Junior National Team as well". With LIU, Fresno State, and Missouri no longer on Justin’s mind, he now can concentrate on the promising future at hand. Monday, 16 May 2011
